What Is The Best 200 Drone Gimbal Collision Avoidance Gps

First let me state that I own and operate many types of drones. For outright photography I tend to lean towards DJI's line of drones. They are extremely stable and reliable. I've been flying them since early 2018. Now the Mini SE is a hybrid of the original DJI Mini and the Mini 2. It has the same motors as the Mini 2(+), but it's connectivity is done with "enhanced" WiFi(-). It is very stable in a 25mph wind because of the motors , but you will be limited in distance by the WiFi signal. And that distance can vary. If you fly in a heavily urban area, I would not expect much distance over 1000 feet before your video signal starts to get choppy. But in the wide open ocean, Ive sent it out about 1600 feet with zero signal loss.
The camera: compared to similar DJI drones you will be limited to 2.7k resolution. But it is some of the sharpest video I've seen. The photos are in 12MP format, plenty of room for editing. What this drone lacks (and I'm not saying it in a bad way) is the automated shooting features of other similar drones. But these other similar drones will cost you a lot more than the list $299 you pay for the drone.
All in all, this is almost the perfect drone for beginners. Except for one thing: there are no sensors on board to alert you to an imminent crash. They had to cut the cost somewhere.
And yes, I would definitely recommend this drone for both beginners and experienced UAV flyers.

Over 100 miles in the air always on sport mode totaling 16h worth in the air. Lipo battery about 24 mins on sport "full speed @ 29mph" The mavic mini black batteries also work and you only loose a minute or 2. Have a total of 5 batteries and can stay airborne almost 2hrs if you had too. I do have it faa registered with 2 strobes top and rear and never fly without them. 20 dollars each and great for night flights. These drones are the cadillacs of the drone world. Longest range was about 1.5 miles in semi residential areas. Range differs the more home wifi router are in the area. Remember to fly higher the farther you go done range, it will improve your line of site. Also remember to stay above 100 ft tree like to jump out. Just be smart, and set your return to home higher then your highest object and your golden. If you loose video or signal, just let go of sticks and wait. The video feed will come back then you may cancel the RTH and gain control again. This is by far DJI best drone for beginners because it has top rated electronics, gps and battery life. Dont worry about the 2.7k video, it looks amazing. It Flys like a 799 Mavic and thats not exaggerated!

I owe DJI my livelihood. Seriously, my ROI from their products is like 50k percent or something like that.

They never disappoint. This is already my fourth drone, third one from DJI. For me, they are the best brand out there. I use the Mavic mini for places that have more restrictions, but mainly use the Mavic Air.

My first drone was the Skydio R1, which I sold about a year ago. It was my first and biggest mistake, honestly. Too expensive and I never got to use most of the custom coding flight modes and other advanced features in any way.

But now that I’ve got the Mavic Air 2, I couldn’t be more satisfied.

In the drone world, 4k is actually a standard but now it shoots at 60 fps too. This allows me to slow down my footage up to 30-40 percent (very ideal for making hyperlapse videos). By the way, you could shoot hyperlapses in 8k with this drone.

I used this mainly for bird’s eye footage of rural properties. Did you know that this is the only model that allows you to shoot 240 fps at 1080p? It allowed me to play around with slow motion like never before, but coupled with the POI 3.0 feature and Adobe premier, I was able to create very dramatic footage of houses, beach houses, even islands.

POI 3.0 is essentially a feature that enables the drone to automatically orbit a particular structure or large object (in my case, a house). Really really cool. It helps a lot in enticing online real estate clients.

What’s even more impressive is that this drone lasts 34 minutes. With the new Ocusy nc 2.0, it allows me to shoot at 10km range, which I actually put to the test while will head to north of Los Angeles to the desert (see the attached screenshot). They’re not lying. I also tested the ActiveTrack feature, which basically made the drone follow us from a bird’s eye point of view while driving 30 miles per hour (not really useful for my real estate footage but it was so much fun that we gave it a spin).

For me, the weight is perfect, it’s fairly light yet not too light that it blows off, which is actually my biggest issue with the Mavic mini, is that the wind makes the footage a little shaky.

The Mavic Air 2 is also quite portable. For such a powerhouse, it’s pretty small, just teeny bit bigger than the Mavic Air. And I’m not just talking about the drone but also the other components. This is what I like about DJI. They always try to optimize every part, down to the charges and adapters, everything gets a little smaller. Not only that, but for every new release, they always tweaked just enough that you feel like you’re not stuck in the past. Like they pay attention to every bit of detail. Even the Mavic mini had some improvements over the Mavic Air despite being a more low-end drone. I just love that kind of dedication to a product.

This is my first ever drone and I love it!
I’ve been wanting a drone for quite a while and I’m so happy I waited for this gem. Produces great quality and captures nice photos! Was pretty impressed with it considering I’m a beginner at flying! Definitely gonna need an extra battery.

This is my 3rd camera from Amazon. And the ONLY one that is great! In my opinion and basing it on the ones I have. My first one was good, but low quality video, 2nd was 1020P video but crud night vision. While the night vision on this one is good, it is grainy but you can still see details, could tell if someone hit you, or you witness an accident.
I put up a few photos showing the clarity of the pictures. This are grabbed from moving pictures (screen shots) but still very clear.
The things I love about it;
1. GPS tells how fast you're going, what direction and your coordinates at all times. If a cop pulls you over and says you're doing 65 in a 55 zone, if you were, oops, if not, you have video proof of exactly how fast you were going.
2. You not only have video but you can take snapshots at any time, even use it as a camera to take pictures of places and things. Might have to carry a battery pack for power but it's a great cam too.
3. I can connect to it with my Android phone (works with smart phones too) and see what it sees. Of course the range isn't going to be super long but say it's on outside a restaurant and you're close enough, you can connect and watch what's going on.
4. The suction cup to mount to the windshield is the best I've seen. It also has other mounting options but I chose this and it's great.
5. I can do 1, 3, 5 and 10 minute size video. You can also do 4gb per video but at the highest setting, you're not going to get much, and that setting is the only setting that once the micro sd card is full, it will not overwrite old files. The other settings will.
6. You can watch the video on the cam, your phone, your TV and the computer.
7. With the Rove APP you not only see your videos, but it will show you on the map where you are during the video.
So... if you do have an accident, or witness one like I did a couple of months back with my old camera, quality is why I ordered this one. But anyhow, you are covered. Has 150 degree view angle (could be a bit more for my liking) but you can see for yourself in the pictures I posted.
The ONLY thing I don't like is the size of the screen but I knew the size before I ordered it as it's posted in the description so I can't ding it for that. A larger screen would be nice but the camera is still great.

Incredible. For all those wondering “what’s the difference in the original Mavic mini and the Mini 2?” The mini 2 basically just improved everywhere the original lacked. The things that are notable are Ocusync 2, 4K video, big increase in wind resistance, and quick shots. As well as longer flight time and stronger propellor motors.
This is an INCREDIBLE VALUE!!!
Compared to the Mavic Air 2, they both have the same range, same quickshot modes, and both shoot 4K. If you don’t need obstacle avoidance and 48mp photos then go Mavic mini 2 all the way.
You’re paying an extra $600 on the air for 48mp photos and obstacle avoidance, but with that said the camera on the mini 2 has great sharpness and contrast. You will NOT go wrong with this!
For $600, this drone is a steal. Buy it, you will not regret it!

As an avid photographer who is new to aerial photography, I am delighted with the DJI Mini 2. It is easy to fly--I even took it out over water on my first flight, although briefly and controlled in Cine mode. Despite the small, compact size, it is surprisingly stable and takes sharp images, even in some wind.

The controls are responsive and set up is intuitive and plug-and-play while still providing numerous options for customization.

As a first drone, this is a winner. I am happy with this purchase and highly recommend this product.

Bought the DJI Mavic Air 2, two weeks ago before I knew an update was coming so soon buttt.... I just ordered the Air 2S! The Air 2 has been fantastic but I did run into some range issues or losing connectivity around buildings and residential areas. Hoping the updated unit with 4 antennas vs 2 will fix that issue. Also looking forward to the updated hardware and 1 inch sensor! Will post back with comparison and if it was worth the extra buy.

*UPDATE*
So today I just got the beautifully upgraded 2S only two weeks after purchasing the Air 2. What are my first look and flight opinions... 100% worth the upgrade! Now don’t get me wrong the Air 2 is still an amazing drone and will work great for anyone but for me as I had the money and interest in learning how to edit video footage this upgrade was well worth it. Just look at the difference in the cameras in my pictures... Air2S - aluminum or metal material gimbal and has a beautiful 1” sensor vs Air2 - .5” plastic sensor and tbh the picture on the Air2S is just flat out better. However the Air 2 is still a fully capable drone and I will still use it as my everyday drone and for riskier shots.

As for the OcuSync 3.0 or better know as O3 I didn’t see a huge improvement on my first flight and I live in a suburb area with no tall buildings. That doesn’t mean that the range won’t be better for some but in my impression I saw no improvement here. I do have out of ground power lines all over where I live so this could be causing the issue. It generally lost signal when I was about .25 miles away and was flying low but would regain signal going above 65 feet. Not a huge deal breaker for me and I know others have said they saw a big improvement so maybe it’s the specific area where I live.

Lastly, MASTER SHOTS! This is one of the coolest things about the drone IMO. You select your target and the Air2S shoots a sequence of really cool dynamic shots and throws them into an edit for you. It literally does everything for you and it comes out really cool if you want to impress your friends or social media followers.

All in all 100% BUY THIS DRONE if it fits your budget. I don’t think it is too far off the price of the Air2 so if you have the extra cash I would definitely spend a little extra and go with the Air2S. In my opinion - Always go with the Fly More Combo - I got it on both drones.

What can you say? It’s DJI, the best drone manufacturer out there. I have had at least 6 different DJI drones. The Air 2S, no surprise, is my favorite. The 1” camera sensor, the only camera drone in the world that shoots 5.4k 30fps video, the incredible range are just a few things that make this the most amazing drone I have owned. The only negative was the way my Amazon delivery guy delivered it. My doorbell camera actually shows him tossing the box about 3 feet onto my front porch. C’mon! But thankfully no damage.

This is the third DJI drone that I have owned. My first purchase was the Mavic 2 pro. Up until the last day I used the Mavic 2 pro, it was absolutely incredible and very reliable. About 4 months later however, it suddenly had a mind of it's own. About 5 minutes into its flight, about 100 feet away from me, it suddenly started ascending and spinning. It got up to about 450 feet and then started plummeting towards the ground. It broke into 3 pieces. While at first I was quite upset, I started thinking about all of the places that I had flown the drone prior to that day. I started realizing just how lucky I was that happened where it did instead of some of the places that I had flown above crouds and vehicles. I was actually quite greatful that this happened when it did, where it did. I sent the drone in with the flight data and I have never heard back or got any answers regarding my drone. That was a year and a half ago. About 6 months ago I got up the courage to try again and purchased the DJI Mini 2. For the price and the size, the mini 2 is an exceptional drone. After a few months with the mini 2, I decided to give a bigger one another chance. The DJI Air 2s is $600 cheaper than the Mavic 2 pro and $600 more expensive than the mini 2. While it hasn't even been a full month yet since I have had the AIR 2S, it has been incredibly impressive. Both the Mavic 2 Pro and Mini 2 had a transmission range of 10km but the Air 2S has a range of 12km and those 2 km (along with 4 antennas) make a huge difference. I have been as far as 2 and a half miles away with the signal going in and out flying the Mavic 2 pro/Mini 2 but from the same location going in the same direction with the AIR 2S, I have gone up to 4 and a half miles away with a very consistant signal. I did have one instance at about 3 miles out where the camera froze up and I had no video, so I pushed the return home button and it showed up 6 minutes later at my feet. Hopefully that was a one time thing. Also the active tracking on the DJI Air 2S seems much more reliable and consistant than the Mavic 2 Pro was. Of the three DJI drones I've owned/own for the price with the features that are included, the DJI Air 2S is the clear winner. I am definitely much more careful about where I am flying today than I was a year ago and I try to stay over areas where the damage will be minimal. Don't just assume because you are doing everything right that your drone won't suddenly just go crazy one day, make a mad spinning dash for the heavens and then suddenly just decide to dive bomb an innocent parking lot. Trust me, Sh*t happens!

This is the first drone i ever got and I couldn't be happier with it.

1st the price, quality drone at a very competitive price. I suggest to get the flymore version that comes with 3 batteries and few other accessories, its well worth the extra $100 to get the flymore version for all the extra accessories.

2nd quality and weight, I couldn't believe how light this drone is at such a small size and yet very stable hoovering in the mid air. Good camera and video quality.

I am extremely happy with this drone, couldn't ask for more for such a quality drone at a very good price. Highly recommended.

This is a very good company. I let the boys take it for flights right away in a small room. It was a blast but we lost a blade protector. Completely my over indulgent father fault and I sent them a question about buying spare parts. No question they sent spare parts. I would definitely recommend this company and product.

This is Absolutely a Great Little Drone it Looks Like the "Mini-Me" of the HS720(E) it is super easy to set up and I was really impressed the storage case it comes with and how quiet it is but the 2 things that really impressed me was the SD Card Slot (up to 32GB) on the Drone and you can adjust the Camera up and down From the Controller that really blew my mind because I have never seen that feature on a small Drone, it's not really a mini Drone it's more like a mid-sized but it truly preforms like a full size Drone, the App is laid out so it is very easy to understand and use, the FPV is great too I sat in my Recliner and was able to fly it through my house using the FPV, the Videos are really clear and they are stored to your cellphone (720P) and the SD Card (1080p) the Controller range is 330ft and the FPV range is also 330ft, the auto take off button on the controller makes this Drone perfect for beginners, when you press it the Drone takes off nice and easy and will hover at like 4 or 5ft, it may drift a little (especially in a little wind) but setting the trim was really easy and once you have it trimmed the altitude hold is great it hovers so well you have plenty of time to use the features on the App (circle fly, tap to fly ect.) or even take a drink lol! I would absolutely recommend this Drone to anyone wanting to learn how to fly Drones or anyone just wanting a super fun Drone to fly indoors on a rainy day or in there backyard (with no wind) bottom line this is another really great Drone from Holy Stone not to mention they have Great Customer Service.

I was pleasantly surprised with this drone from the packaging, to the included materials and parts and definitely the performance.

Pros:
* Batteries:
They don't have to be in the drone to charge and it comes with two, so you can fly while one is charging (although, it will take more than the 20 minute flight time to charge, which is to be expected)

* Camera:
You can actually change the view of the camera while operating. Most drones in this price range are set in one place and won't move or can only be adjusted pre-flight by hand.

* Case:
Comes in a perfect fitting case with additional parts. Most drones in this price range just comes in a box and plastic.

* Ease of use:
Instructions are simple enough and the drone is very responsive.

Cons:
* Not a large done and not very heavy, so don't fly outside on a windy day (they tell you this in the Instructions)

All in all, well worth the money.

The HS 440 is a little gem. I was looking for a drone to take on backpacking trips. I needed something compact and light, check! Good battery life, check! Adjustable camera during flight, check! Protective carrying case, check! Entry level price point, check! The description doesn't mention this but you can add a 32g sd card to boost video quality and range. I live where fall colors are amazing and look forward to using this drone to capture that beauty. I will be adding video as soon as I get the free time to get out there!
Beyond the drone itself being an exceptional bang for the buck I can assure you that from my experience HS customer service is top notch. Initially I had to send them an email regarding my purchase. I received a phone call at 11:30 pm est the same day/night to address my situation. Being so late and not recognizing the number I did not answer. The following day Lily from HS followed up via email and we exchanged almost daily emails until my concern was resolved. The customer service dedication was way above my expectations. Thanks Lily!

The Redtiger 4K camera is awesome! It works amazingly well. I would use the microSD card they recommend. I tried several I had that supposedly handled 4K recording, but they didn’t. I order the microSD card Redtiger recommends and now it works great.

Now for the hardwire kit. It’s cheaply made to say the least. The one I ordered broke at the fuses. It’s constructed in a way where the fuses are just pushed into a fitting and then partially soldered to a wire. Very cheap… In order to fix this, I cut off the original fused ends and added “add-a-fuse” ends to the battery + and ACC wires and now it works great.

It advertised with free hardwire kit. Hardwire kit not universal (fuse-wise) but it's free. The loop recording records in one minute long segment - not continuous (you'll have a bunch of 1-minute recordings on your microSD card). The video playback software is not compatible with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. You'll have to buy a Windows 10 CODEC extension software from Microsoft store for 99 cents to view video playback on Windows 10. I haven't had the chance to install the rear camera. But the front camera video quality is excellent. The audio is poor though.

After researching 3 months found a small lightweight camera with a reasonable price. Bought 2 weekS ago. Using it already one week. I Like it. No issue found. Both front and back cameras working well. GPS recording is perfect, didnt try downloading the software to view recording of GPS with Google map.
Will write another review may be in a month so after recording along out of State trip.
Some improvements like more small and mooth adjustments in vertical direction and some horizontal adjustment capabilities. Because it doent have suction cup and uses double sided tape for camera attatchment with the windshiel, once fixed no way to move horizontally.
For now I am happy. I wanted to give 4.5 stars for this reason but excelent cutomore service is prevented me to do so. Any questions got reply next day. Hope they will continue this type of customer service if they want customer loyalty.
Will not tell about night vision because didnt check it and my windshield is dark and the back glass is darker

This radar/laser detector works 100% exactly as it should. Very accurate and works at great distances. The reason some have given it 1 stars saying it didn’t detect a police officer.

The reason for this is because not all cops have their radars on. Cops are highly trained to be able to look at a car and determine an average speed. If the officer does not have his radars on it WILL NOT detect it. It’s impossible for any radar detectors to detect one that isn’t turned on. Therefore it will not beep saying cop ahead. I come from a family of town cops and state troopers and tested the equipment on various speed detecting equipment and various bands. The device found every single one of them before the cop cars detector scanned me giving me time to slow Down. The rear scanner on the device works just as good AS LONG AS it has a clear view to the back. For laser detectors that cops sometimes use they HAVE to be parked and not moving for it to get your speed. The reason is because the laser beam is very small and narrow and must hit the car directly for it to register a speed making it 80% more accurate. This detector should be mounted in the very center bottom of your windshield for best use. The reason for it to be placed in the bottom center is most speed trap lasers are lower to the ground for best accuracy meaning the laser is pointed at the hood/front bumper of your car. Having the device in the center bottom gives it about 90% more chance of warning you sooner. With radars the police use it’s a large dispursment of radio waves making it very easy for the radar detector to find.

The amazing thing about this detector is the fact it has a great system to determine if it’s a cop or just a door near by. I have so far never had a false reading in town unless I had the sensitivity on high.

Finally, those who say they get false highway readings. Your not. 1st off there are hidden speed cameras. 2nd Cars and simitrucks can set it off. Why? Well, that is because most new cars and almost all simitrucks have radar systems that help them detect nearby cars to alert you when not to merge over or if your swerving. These radar systems in the trucks and cars generally use a K band signal at 24.75hertz.
Passing a railroad crossing can almost always set it off. Rail roads have radars to detect cars to send information to the trains conductor to know he needs to blow the horn and lower the arms on the tracks. The signal is different state to state but in South Carolina about 98% of railways use X band.

I hope this review helps sorry it was long just wanted to properly explain the detector to everyone!!!

This was my first radar detector and will be my only for quite awhile and bought May 2018. I drive an FJ Cruiser and only go average 10+ over driving in places like Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida on highways, interstates, and back roads. I also take it with me when I travel

GOOD:
Range - very long and has saved me many times from not seeing cops behind hills and whatnot while still being able to read other drivers' reactions near hills
Alerts - I leave it on the highest sensitivity and only get a few random alerts - after driving with it for awhile I can pick out what is real and what is false based on the strength and type of signal its receiving. It does not sense other signals from cars like blind spot, nor does it give out any signal to police indicating you have a radar detector.
Value/Dependability - I guarantee I would have been stopped at least 10 times with cops wasting time and money by sitting in medians and behind hills and such but this thing alerted me very quickly and allowed me enough time to determine if its false and slow down accordingly. This is one of the best $120 I spent on an accessory for driving besides a dash cam which I have written a review on too (Garmin 55).
Usability - I use it every time my trip is longer than 20 min and goes through roads I'm unfamiliar with. It has sat in my truck basically since I bought it in the sun with temps ranging from 110 to 0F and starts up every time I turn it on and only shuts off if the truck's battery voltage drops below some threshold. The screen is very bright but goes into a dimmed mode after a few minutes of detecting a signal.
Wiring/Mounting - I bought the hard-wiring kit and add-a-fuse and also a custom switch so I can turn it on with the push of a switch without having to reach and turn the dial switch on the detector. I also velcro'd it to the top of my instrument panel as shown in the picture because the suction cup kept coming off in the heat, it was easier to see on top of the instruments, and it was more stealthy for police to have less of a reason to pull me over since i don't use the suction cups. I have left the dial at the 6 on-volume position ever since I hardwired a switch.
Noise - the noises of each band are to me pretty distinct and able to be remembered after awhile of using it. I discovered the laser feature only once when driving on a Florida highway and it does sound like a retro laser, but have not heard it again since luckily.

BAD:
I literally cannot think of any bad thing besides the fact it uses a 12 volt dvd player style power connector instead of mini usb or a more common connector.

It does have a micro usb connection on the side which I just remembered and have not figured out what reason it could possibly need to connect to a computer for.

Overall, I love this radar detector. Its sensitivity is just right and can be adjusted, it has saved me plenty of times and its value surpassed tenfold at least by the amount of times I could've gotten in trouble. Very easy to wire and mount if you know what you're doing. Great first radar detector.

My old radar detector was at least 10 years old and would go off ALL THE TIME. The new adaptive cruise control and blind spot monitoring was constantly giving me fits in trying to figure out if it was a false positive or the real deal. I knew i would be doing some long distance traveling (6 hours each way) and wanted a new unit to help minimize false positives so I purchased the RAD450 a little over a week ago.

This unit is awesome! I used it for a couple of days in a small town that has lots of shops with security alarms and several construction areas with radar units that flash your speed to let you know what your speed is and it does great. The shops are almost always on the X band and filters it, alerts you, and then slowly disappears. The radar units in the construction area are using K/Ka band and it detects them both at a very reasonable distance (between .5 and .75) even in heavy traffic.

I get on the highway for my trip and within an hour the RAD450 detected a Ka band radar being used. It started with the single block and worked it's way up to 5 blocks over the course of about a mile. Sure enough, a state trooped was running radar heading East bound while i was traveling West. In total, i passed 7 State Trooper over the course of 12 hours and each time it picked them up with plenty of time to slow down and get closer to the speed limit. VERY, VERY please with this unit and the accuracy it has so far demonstrated. I would HIGHLY recommend this unit to anyone in the market for a new radar detector.

The only downside to this unit is the mounting. I don't like the multiple suction cup mounting that generally comes with most radar detectors. I would like to find a large single suction cup that mounts to the windshield and is easily detached by flipping a lever but i can't seem to find one for this particular unit.
